Had an awesome time with friends! We biked and walked through the sanctuary, grabbed some shells at the beach, and relaxed by the pool. The place was clean and had all the basics. Perfect location for bird watching and enjoying nature. Just a heads up, the pool water was pretty chilly in late December but still refreshing on warm days.

The beach access was unreal! We found amazing shells and had the quietest spot to chill and enjoy sunsets. The pool was a bonus too! We loved the cozy vibe of our one-bedroom cottage, it felt like home. Highly recommend using the free beach chairs and having a cookout. it was perfect!

I truly enjoyed the charming Old Florida decor, which created a cozy and inviting atmosphere throughout the Tropical Winds Beachfront Motel And Cottages. The beach access was just a short walk away, perfect for relaxing strolls.

Absolutely loved the chowder at a local joint! The beachside seafood shacks had fresh catches that blew my mind. Not to mention, the cozy cottages made us feel right at home.

We did stumble upon a hiccup with check-in, but honestly, that only added to our adventure. The delightful outdoor dining area was a major win, even if the seating could use a few more options.

The beach was just steps away, and we had it almost to ourselves every day-such a nice escape. The staff was friendly and helpful, even providing us with beach chairs and umbrellas whenever we asked!

I had a wonderful stay, enjoying the serene walks to Bowman's Beach, which is just around 3 km away, as well as the peaceful trails at Sanibel Bayous, located only about 2.5 km from my room, making my city strolls truly delightful. the staff were friendly too, though I did wish for cleaner floors.
